How do I Report a Concern?
To report a concern regarding a child care program please contact the State of Montana Quality Assurance Division, a division of the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services.
To report a concern to licensing: If your concern is out of the Bozeman area you may reach Teri Whitesitt by phone at (406) 522-2271 or email at teri.whitesitt@mt.gov. If your concern is located out of the Helena area please contact Nataliya Mikota by phone at (406) 444-1954 or email at nataliya.mikota@mt.gov. Families may also file a complaint, HERE.
